I have always been hesitant to order food from a meal planning type service. My sister mentioned to me that she tried these meals and that they were good and helped her lose some weight which has been my current issue in my early 40's. Being a single guy, eating better meals has helped manage my time better from cooking and washing dishes. Food is delicious service is as expected. You couldn’t asked for a better way of eating. I can have vegetables and grilled rather than the fast food eating. They provide me with three meals of great ingredients and almost home cooking meals. They advice me to freeze some. That allows me not to waste them. Convenience and quality. Someone had a great idea for people like me. Awesome!
I have used this service for over a year and I can honestly say it makes my life better. I have a crazy busy schedule which can make eating healthy almost impossible when things go sideways. I can always depend on having EBM meals stocked in my fridge to keep me in line with my fitness goals. They frequently change and rotate menu items which keeps things interesting. Not only would I highly recommend but I have already recommended their service to family and friends who all love it!
The food is tasty, very easy to prepare. Just warm it up! It travels well with me to work. Only negative thing I’d have to say is, the food is a bit dry. Maybe a dab of sauce would help? So far I’ve had the Korean meatballs, AWESOME flavor. Shrimp primavera, pulled bbq pork, yummy! Buffalo chicken was a bit dry. Hawaiian chicken just to name a few. Delivery was flawless. I will likely continue to order from EBM.

Compared to the meal prep services advertised online such as factor and freshly, the quality from EBM blows it out of the water, the online services are glorified TV dinners whereas EBM is real, authentic wholesome food. Will definitely order again.
I have a subscription, and I’m really into all the food they’ve been sending me, especially after I let the delivery guy know that the fish meals are NSFW (you should never microwave fish at work), So they responded and stopped sending those.
Meals are good the turkey bacon wasn’t cooked all the way on my last order. And any chance there will be some new meal options especially with the breakfast choices
The meals are pretty good and tasty but goodness the amount of cholesterol that is in these meals are more than a days worth and I got enough for 3 meals a day.

The food is absolutely delicious. I get the medium size and it’s plenty of food for either dinner or lunch. Delivery is fast and communication is great!!!
