The food looked really good, the cleanliness and hygiene seemed OUTSTANDING to me and absolutely EXEMPLARY The products I bought (Udon Noodle Cups were also of excellent quality and tasted really delicious, the best instant noodle soups I EVER had...but the staff: I had a question about a product or other consumer information... addressed in German... no response... addressed in English, no response... And: I HATE IT TO BE COMPLETELY IGNORED DESPITE FRIENDLY INQUIRIES, AS IF I DIDN'T EXIST!!! Or is it part of the company's business concept to completely ignore customers and thus alienate them
