Third visit here sadly not the best and gone down hill service wise.. It was a very quiet evening and service was incredibly slow for some unknown reason. Were not asked for drinks orders for a very long time. Mains came out just as we were eating starters. When one of us asked for tap water we were told they no longer do this. I’m sure by law as a licensed restaurant you are required to not deny a patron drinking water so this really baffled me. Maybe I’m wrong but it seemed a very silly thing to do. Unlikely to return.
The vegan lemongrass pho was very flavorful and filling. Service was attentive, and setting was quiet. I did have to wait 20 mins for my food despite there only being 2 customers total, so expect some wait. Food was great though, and I highly recommend.
We went for a meal, 11 of us, and all really enjoyed the meal with Bao, who was serving us giving excellent service. He was very friendly, happy and made us all feel very comfortable. We all particularly liked our starters!
The starter was homemade meat spring rolls, not bought in, and very tasty. Mains were equally as good, with me being shown what I needed to do with the sauce accompaniment. Would recommend

I had the pleasure to visit here on a Monday evening back in July 2016, influenced by the positive Yelp reviews and proximity to my hotel.
Now my favourite to have delivered. I have vermicelli noodles or a curry dish. Spring rolls either crispy or summer rolls. Both very good.
