I went here for brunch. There is no parking lot (that we saw) so make sure that you give yourself some grace in finding street parking. You have to join the waitlist on Yelp—do this BEFORE you head there. There are no reservations. The waitlist was about an hour and a half long but by the time we arrived we waited only 10minutes. I will definitely be back! There was a bit of a wait, but it was well worth it. I recommend calling ahead to get on the waitlist. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding. My friend ordered bottomless mimosas, and the server made sure her glasses were never empty before her 90 minutes were up. Parking can be challenging, so be prepared to park in the community area. We shared the crab cakes and French toast, both of which were delightful. Don’t miss out on the mango tea—it was incredibly refreshing. I can't wait to return!

My 2nd time at this restaurant for brunch and it lived up to the hype in my head from the first time I visited! Food was delicious, there are options for vegan, vegetarian and meat-eaters alike. Service was outstanding. I set a reservation the night before for 1:45pm. When I arrived they were crowded so I was worried the reservation would run late even though I checked in early. But, at 1:45pm I got a notification the table was ready and the host came straight away to seat us. Picture of food below.

The food is incredible! However, we discovered that the kitchen actually closes at 3:30 PM, even though the restaurant states that it closes at 4 PM. We learned this the hard way when we were turned away at 3:40 PM.
Great food, excellent service! A must go to brunch spot in LA I love the avocado toast with a poached egg! And the sunset Blvd mimosa is so refreshing
