We would like to make a complaint about the restaurant receptionist who claimed to be the manager. We had made a reservation for 6pm and there was an empty table available. However, she refused to give us the table and instead insisted on giving it to someone who had reserved for 6:30pm. Her attitude was extremely rude and she asked us to leave. Due to this incident, we will not be returning to this restaurant again.
Do yourself a favor and avoid the same letdown we experienced. The wait staff is indifferent towards customers. Despite having a vast menu, the kitchen is unable to make any substitutions. Food is served at different times, making it impossible to eat together without food getting cold. My meal consisted of clumped noodles and overcooked seafood.
