Eat'n Park - Réservation de table

Ordered food delivery for family in need with two children, provided delivery instructions and address, within 5 blocks of location, order NOT delivered!! Rude delivery driver, now suspended, provided picture of empty front porch when delivery was clearly indicated as left side, upper unit, disabled household . No positive response from Eat-n-Park, BBB has many on file, so I filed a credit card dispute and got a full refund!!! I would suggest this restaurant picks their battles better going forward, I 'm not the one, trust that!!

This was our second visit, and once again, we had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. On a positive note, the new building is really impressive, and the food seemed better than our previous experience. However, the service was absolutely dreadful. The server was friendly, but their professionalism was lacking. We probably should have just left after the long wait, especially since there were only a few tables occupied, so being busy wasn't a valid excuse.

The place is really nice. We had a great waitress! The food came out quick and it was good. The only problem was, the lady who seated us was non-responsive only thing she said was How many people exact words. No hello or welcome to eat n park. It was only 2 of us. Me n my sister. When we got to the table I said thank you as she 's looking the other way talking to another waitress. I said thank 2x then I finally said very loudly Have A Great Day that got her attention quickly!

I usually detest Eatin Park, but this is exceptional. Six of us in a group held there about 45 minutes before closing, after work. I expected you to be cold and badly treated, but the service was great! The man who sat us was courteous and our waitress was very friendly (also brews us a fresh coffee! . This special Eatin Park has completely changed my perspective on the chain as a whole. Réservez une table maintenant

The recent renovations look fantastic, creating a much more spacious atmosphere compared to the previous setup. I was dining with a group of six adults and one child, and we were seated quickly without any long wait. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, always ensuring our drinks were topped up. The food was incredible as well.

I 'll stick to the soup and salad bar. Breakfast food quality was zero. Bacon was paper thin. Hash tots tasted like the grease they were cooked in and no longer have tomato juice. Sara the server was the only nice thing about this awful meal. Sent back and next to never do that but not edible food

I went in for breakfast and had these spinach and tomato omelette and it was just okay. they were not really that busy in my waitress never came back to see if I needed a coffee refill until I was ready to leave. I was given a free : cookie to give to my daughter.

We love eating at Eat'n Park every time we visit Butler Pennsylvania. This location has an amazing breakfast buffet. Enjoy spending time having family and friends meet here to visit and enjoy great food. Réservez une table maintenant

I got sick after eating here and it was full of negative and the Waitress was more into socializing with all the other people that she neglected us
