Eats & Sweets Cafe

I work on the second floor of the building and naturally stop in for coffee and a bite multiple times a week. The atmosphere is great so I often bring my laptop and work in here for a couple hours to switch things up a bit. Their coffees are amazing, especially the caramel macchiato which beats Starbucks' in my opinion. They even have a loyalty card where you get a free beverage of your choice after 10 coffees. They always have 2 different soups for lunch and some kind of sandwich special and it's always delicious. I tried this place for some sweet treats.I had a "Rocky Road Bar" and on a previous visit, a "Blondie Bar".The Rocky Road Bar had a brownie base, peanut butter, peanuts and mini marshmallows. There was way too much peanut butter for my liking. Also, the peanuts should have been in the brownie, not sprinkled on top. The bar was very sweet. The Blondie Bar was basically a white brownie base with chocolate chips. It was ok, but once again, the white brownie base was too sweet. If you like dessert bars overly sweet, then these might satisfy you. I found both dessert bars average in taste. I appreciate the wonderful coffee at this restaurant. After recently visiting Vancouver, I was in search of authentic coffee and this place certainly delivered. I had a lovely conversation with the owner and was pleased to see delicious food being served to the customers. The cookies and muffins were delightful. I plan on returning for the soup and sandwich in the future.

The food was decent, but I've had better. I might consider eating there again. The restaurant was busy during lunchtime, so our sandwich was served promptly. However, we weren't given napkins or salt and pepper. Réservez une table maintenant

I eat here all the time food is all from scratch, real meat in the sandwiches, delicious soups and amazing breakfast biscuits! Speciality coffees and teas are delicious! Relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff

stopped in for a lunch ... had a lovely mushroom soup .... just a hint of garlic ... and a great salad .... breakfast menu looked limited so didn't stop for that ... but had a great take away latte

This cozy little coffee house offers delicious coffees, homemade soups, sandwiches, salads & sweets. Something for everyone in a comfy little spot. It is a spot that is easy to get addicted to!

It was okay I had the taco salad and a cappuccino. The salad was badly made but tasted okay the coffee was bitter the atmosphere is uncomfortable Réservez une table maintenant

A nice place to stop in for coffee and snack - delicious homemade desserts, equivalent teas and coffees to Starbucks. A little pricey but good!
