On the Reformation Day we were once again in Aalen. The town with its beautiful half-timbered houses and the Aalener spy always thrills us again and again. Unfortunately, the Aalen spy has to take a look again and again at the very greedy concrete monster of the Aalen city hall, which is why he also turns his face off. This horrific building, which overlooks everything, devalues this place to the worst, just pollution. Although otherwise the new buildings are well adapted to the cityscape, this town hall is a regular plaque for Aalen by growing up. I just had to get rid of this, about the place of my childhood. But now to the Cafe Slider. The exhibits and the ambience are always a joy for us...
Formerly a magnificent and thriving cafe house in the typical Viennese cafe house style. The restaurant interior should include Mobiliar are urgently refurbished (everything picked, wore, scratched, stolen, chairs are shaking. The former friendly services are young 08/15 employees (as they were also known by a fast food snack. If you want to reorder something, you have to really try to lure the service to the table because the young ladies have no interest (although they are currently working on the neighboring table, no demand whether everything is OK, whether you have a wish or the like. Everything is no longer as inviting and well maintained as once a shame about the old Aalener Cafehaus....
The Café Slide is located in a quiet location in the pedestrian area with a small playground next door. So it's wonderful to sit outside. Inside the furniture is relatively heavy and old, but has quite charm and clean everything. The service was ok and fleeting. The Italian salad has ham and cheese. I don't know what it was, but it tasted okay. At least fresh and with many components (Paprika, Gurke, Carrot, Leaf salads . At 7.90€ I found the salad quite expensive to be honest. Otherwise there are other choices of salads and various snacks and mouthbags of all kinds, unfortunately no lunch offer. Next time I will come to a cake that looked great;
I was on a visit to Aalen with the most beautiful sunweathers and was happy to stay under the umbrellas of Cafe Konditorei. Of course there are delicious cakes and good cafe. It's always worth shaking here. It also has enough parking and car parks nearby.

A little old-fashioned cafe in downtown Aalen, very good selection of cakes/pies and other sweet little things. Service was okay. Air conditioning did not work properly, so it was too warm for the duration.
The ambience is playful and romantic, I find it very cozy, the cakes and cakes very tasty, the staff unfriendly, that is not for us at all. Sunday closed I find unhappy
A cafe in the city centre with quick grooming. The interior is very thriving and you just feel good. The sugar content of the cakes is sometimes very high.
