We visited during the lunch time at work. It was me and 3 others of my colleagues. The place was pretty packed, there were people lining up outside.I worked in a restaurant for years, so I understand how thing generally work, and I try my best to be kind to servers and the staff. We were served 2 dishes, which were identical menu. The food was pretty good. When we were 1/3 done with the first 2 dishes, we asked the server where the other 2 are, she said she 'll check. Which isn 't perfect, but we were fine.3rd dish came out when we were half way done with the first 2 dishes, which we asked why we are not getting the 4th dish. The server said Sorry, I 'll check and just left. The place was busy,...

UGH THIS PLACE IS INSANELY GOOD! We ordered for pick up and it was still AMAZING. I got the Korean Tofu ramen and the broth was unlike anything I've ever had before... so decadent and flavorful while reminding me of my favorite bowl of soondoobu from BCD. The ramen noodles taste handmade and fresh. I definitely think this is the best ramen bowl I've had. I want to come back and try everything on their menu. Their portion sizes are generous and the service is friendly. The place seemed packed and booming with business.

Service was slow at first with only one person taking orders. Appetizers came pretty soon after we ordered. The gyozas were delicious and fresh! Tasty ramen! Big servings, served hot in a giant bowl. Lots of pork but chicken can be substituted or there are vegetarian options. My mom ordered the vegan soup option and loved it! We had leftovers to take home for later. Nice atmosphere. Hot house sake was good, bought small size but felt huge. Recommend if in the area and want a big bowl of soup!

Eboshi is just plain good. Their service is excellent. The only thing you may want to reconsider is bringing in a party of over 4. Anything more than this is a tough fit. Their cooks have been taught well. Preparation and quality are very consistent and a great deal of pride is taken. The restaurant is very small so it's not the friendliest of places if you're COVID leery. Réservez une table maintenant

The food is quite authentically good, though it can be a bit heavy on the garlic powder in the karaage and similar dishes. However, it’s not a dealbreaker. I still give it 5 stars because some people might actually enjoy it that way. The service and staff are very nice and friendly. The ambiance appeals to locals who appreciate well-established, older establishments.

My favorite dishes include: - Number 43: Eboshi Fried Rice (Chahan) - Number 8: Gomoku Ramen - Number 85: Tori Karaage - Mapo Yaki (from their Iron Chef menu) - it's spicy and includes tofu. With over 112 items on the menu, there's something for everyone! Plus, there's plenty of parking available, both in the lot and along the street.

This place offers a wide variety of choices and the ramen is truly excellent! It's a bit crowded, but it has a lot of charm and attracts many Japanese customers, which speaks to its authenticity. Plus, it's open until 2 AM on weekends, which is a huge plus. I highly recommend it! Food: 5/5

I’m very sad that, after four and a half years in the South Bay, I finally discovered this ramen bar three days before moving to Los Angeles I’ll def come back because it’s fantastic! Great food, great vibe, they open SUPER LATE on weekends, and the price is really honest.Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

Best lil ramen spot in town. Very authentic, kind staff. Food is amazing. I love that its open late as well. My college friends and I like to go there on a late night after a long week of school.
