My partner and I were blown away by the service given by Alexander! We shared the rösti to start with then indulged in the fondue as the main course. Safe to say we didn't leave hungry! Such a great meal and not overly expensive compared to many other restaurants with Swiss cuisine. Extremely impressed! Will recommend to anyone else that visits Switzerland! Thank you for a perfect evening.
The whole place is just overrated and expensive for no reason. A steak with sugar and something else which makes the fire burn for a set period of time is cool and all but adds absolutely no flavour and for its price it's pathetic, it's just for show. The fondu was fine, wish there were better options to go with it. The potatoes were just sad and no effort in them.. literally.
Really enjoy our dinner at ECHO Restaurant. Everyone in my family of 5 found something enjoyable on the menu. We had to order the quintessential Cheese Fondue. It was delicious. Service was impressive and Atmosphere was a delight. Will definitely eat here again. (Order the Fried Chicken. It is a small cornish hen, perfect portion for an individual!)

Zu Beginn mussten wir etwas lange warten, aber sonst einwandfreier und sehr freundlicher Service, gute Beratung und das Essen insbesondere die Suppe war sehr lecker! Ausserdem vom HB schnell zu erreichen. Können wir empfehlen!
Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen, es gibt eine kleine aber feine Speisekarte. Das Fondue und das Züricher Geschnetzelte war ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung David war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
