I pre-ordered a birthday cake and when I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t ready. I discovered they didn’t even have the size I ordered and had made it smaller instead. As compensation, I was given two mini croissants. I was a bit disappointed and puzzled about how such a mix-up could occur. Aside from that, the quality remains excellent.
