Even 1 star is too much! Our water was thrown away without comment. Furthermore, all the waiters were so bad, even around us. My mother and I wanted to complain to the boss. But he was worse! Nettes Ambiente direkt am Museum. Mit dem Service hab ich unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Essen und Getränke absolut überteuert. Qualität und Portionsgröße entsprechen dem leider nicht. Schmales Stück Obst-Kuchen 5,50 Euro ohne Sahne, Kaffee Creme ist wässrig und gibt es in jedem anderen Cafè sehr viel besser. Affogato mit 7 Euro überdurchschnittlich teuer. Auch wenn das Eis selbst gemacht ist. Momentaner Preis in den Eismanufakturen der Stadt liegt zwische 4 und 4,50 Euro und ist auch selbst gemacht ... Wenn es unbedingt sein muss, weil man gerade am Museum ist, kann man das mal machen, darf aber eben nichts erwarten.
Habe einen Tisch für Silvester über die Homepage von edda reserviert. Es stand nirgends geschrieben, dass das Lokal an dem Tag gar nicht geöffnet ist und übers System war der Tag auswählbar, inkl. Reservierungsbestätigung per Email. Vor Ort angekommen, war das Lokal jedoch dunkel und zu.
Service leider nicht wirklich gut. Hier will man keinen Umsatz machen. Küche bis 17:00 Uhr geöffnet. Kaffeemaschine um 16:30 Uhr aus. Das nur Barzahlung geht wurde einem erst bei der Bezahlung mitgeteilt. Kurze Info: hier besteht die Pflicht schriftlich drauf hinzuweisen.
Wir waren Sonntags zum Mittagessen auf der Terrasse. Die kleine Karte ist kreativ und das Essen richtig gut. Die Preise sind eher im oberen Bereich – daher ein kleiner Abzug.

Bei angenehmen Sonnenwetter draußen das leckere sehr reichhaltige Essen geniessen. Sehr gut ein Fehler wurde umgehend korrigiert.
Freundlicher Service, sehr guter Cappuccino und leckerer Kuchen. Gerne beim nächsten Museumsbesuch wieder.
