Eddie Hill's Sushi Thai

My dad had been raving about this place and was so excited to take me. The first thing he mentioned was their fried rice is like no other, the best-fried rice he's ever had. He ordered the fried-rice first and made a point to tell the server to bring it out before the rolls. It arrived hot, steamy, and ready to be devoured. We both dug right in and he was right, my goodness, it was surprisingly delicious. So many flavors packed into this bowl, I had to actively stop myself from eating it all before the rolls arrived. This is the best Thai food in the entire Miami area. I last visited 12 years ago and recently returned from a trip to LA, and I believe the quality has remained consistent. We ordered Pad Thai with chicken, green curry with beef, and shrimp fried rice—all were amazing! The Thai iced tea was delicious too, although they no longer offer refills. If you're looking for ambiance, this isn't the right spot for you. However, if you're in the mood for quick takeout or a nice meal featuring Thai dishes and some sushi rolls, you'll definitely enjoy this place.

We arrived at 2:20 PM and were met with an unfriendly welcome from a man who informed us that only takeout was available, even though the restaurant's hours indicated lunch service continued until 3 PM. If that’s the case, they should clearly advertise it. It's disappointing to experience such rudeness before even having the opportunity to enjoy a meal. We won't be returning, and this establishment certainly needs significant management improvements.

I called tonight around 8:35 PM on Sunday, April 14th. Not only was the person on the phone unfamiliar with the menu, but he was also incredibly rude. I've been ordering from this place for years, and they just lost a long-time customer. I will make sure to share my experience with others in the neighborhood. I'm appalled at how this man believes he can speak to customers that way! The customer service here is simply terrible! Réservez une table maintenant

Lunch special was good 12.99 and it came with a a surprise spring roll. They didn't list it was included so it was nice . I definitely recommend the veggie curry over the chicken it was okay but not too flavorful. But the Masaman curry was okay. Service was good and fast. The place itself is traditional and you can tell it's been here for a while.

The food is good my favorite dish here is the Natalie...by no means is this place nice I've seen Mac Donald's that are nicer then this spot but I go there for the food not decor or experience that being said if you want good sushi check them out!

Started off bad with hostess was very rude. Should have left then. Food took forever. It was cold and manager refused to do anything. Then I saw a roach on the floor. What one was a good place is now horrible. Run.

A good Sushi option if in the Hollywood or Hallandale Beach area and in the mood for sushi. The atmosphere is a cozy diner like spot. I especially like their dynamite rolls, eel, and fried ice cream. Réservez une table maintenant

Went downhill ! Used to feel authentic but not anymore. 2 out of 3 Sushi chefs speaking Spanish ? Why Fish is no longer fresh but frozen. Place kinda of dirty looking .

Eddie Hills has an enormous menu. I've never cried their sushi. Their Thai food is much better than average. Recommended.
