Just came from dentist, starving and looking for best soup in the area. Eating dinner later, so I searched Google for best soup, best diner, etc. Eddie's had 4.5. I went with their lemon rice. Simple, right? The cons: didn't have much noticable chicken. Aha! But the pros: $4.99 for a bowl, creamy, and packed with flavor! It was like homemade, and I wanted a refill. I watched the cooks in their open kitchen. Clean. Counters, clean. Manager/waitress- friendly, suggested, and just great, quick service. The folks next to me were having salmon. I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was simply outstanding, earning a solid 5 across the board. Every dish was delicious and expertly prepared. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The atmosphere was lovely, although I would rate it a 4 as it could benefit from a little more ambiance. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a delightful dinner!
Been here forever. Was a Biff’s back in the day. Recently remodeled and classier than ever. Now serves beer, liquor, etc. TVs are kinda loud. I like sitting in front of the grill to watch the food be made. All the pastas are good. The chicken Caesar is fantastic (it’s the dressing. The Lake Superior whitefish is a destination menu item. I came across this place on tik tok and we were so excited to try it! Especially the Hawaiian fries The Hawaiian fries were good after adding Parmesan to it. The sauce was missing a little love.
