We chose this restaurant based on its 4.4-star rating, but unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed. The server was friendly, but the overpowering cologne was a bit off-putting. The salsa tasted more like watered-down tomato sauce, lacking any real flavor. We ordered the mini sampler and the shredded beef burrito with queso sauce. The beef had a strange metallic taste, and the queso seemed like it came from a can. Overall, none of the dishes we tried were flavorful or well-seasoned, and we found it hard to finish even a few bites of each item. Regrettably, we won't be returning. I never thought I would say this, but Taco Bell is actually better.
We really wanted to like this place . We kept putting it off till today . We went for lunch . I had the albondigas soup and it was awful. The meatball was tasteless and dry even though it was in a very tomato based soup. I ordered the chili rellanos. They tasted like canned Anaheim peppers, they were tough to cut and super bland (no stem like canned peppers) the sauce was terrible as well. My husband wasn't real pleased with his meal either. Habaneros has better beans and rice than this place . This was by far the worst Mexican food I've had . Won't be back . Sorry Eddie's
5-19-21 Excellent! This was our first visit, but it certainly won't be our last! The service is exceptional, and the food is fantastic! The prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes. The atmosphere is pleasant, complemented by incredibly friendly staff. Our server, Bri, was outstanding! The busser, Kai, was attentive, respectful, and very friendly. What a great young man! We will definitely return!
Delicious! Just like Macayos!No long waits though. Ask for Hugo!Walking in the smells remind you of somewhere, looking at the menu doesn't really ring and bells.Then you get the chips! The flavor Macayos explodes! All the food is good, none of the tinny tastes of the past. It's fresher. My mouth jumped for joy when I chewed my old friend Tostado Del Mundo! We'll be back. Oh held bells yes we'll be back.

Still fantastic after all these years, despite the name change and new location. I visit quite often, and while the service can be inconsistent, the food continues to remind me of my childhood, which I love. The chips and salsa, portion sizes, and more keep me coming back for more. As for parking, there’s plenty available, but be cautious of speeding cars in the lot.
I visited this restaurant with my family today. It was quite busy, but our server, Jose, was very attentive to us. Even though it's quite a distance from my home, it's definitely worth the drive. The spinach dip was absolutely delicious, and my kids loved the chips.
Chips and salsa seemed very basic and not memorable. The food was 'ok '. Not bad, not remarkable in any way. The server was friendly and attentive. And the prices were cheap. So I think you get decent food for value.
Kind servers, great to have chips and salsa as soon as you?re seated, lunch menu has great offerings, and it?s a nice atmosphere. Glad we came by!

This place is great. Those of you have been in Las Vegas for a while will love it. The menu is Macayos, a chain that was here for years.
