Edelweiss - Réservation de table

Je n'aurais pas pu demander mieux. C'est un petit endroit fortement recommandé. J'ai téléphoné pour faire des réservations dans quelques endroits recommandés par TripAdvisor pour Francfort et comme il y avait beaucoup de monde à cette époque, les réservations étaient rares et les appels téléphoniques ont été brusquement répondus et refusés à ... certains des prétendus meilleurs établissements. J'ai téléphoné Edelweiss un mardi pour demander une réservation pour une nuit ou ce qui suit. Dans un anglais parfait, à mon grand soulagement, après de nombreuses consultations, ils ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas nous emmener le lendemain, mais qu'ils avaient un écart ce soir-là, mais seulement à leu...

Could not have asked for better. This is a highly recommended little place. I phoned to make bookings at a few TripAdvisor recommended spots for Frankfurt and as it was very busy at this time, reservations were scarce and phone calls were brusquely answered/declined at...some of the so-called top then establishments. I Edelweiss phoned on a Tuesday asking for a booking for either than night or the following. In perfect English, to my relief, after much consultation they said they could not take us the next day, but had a gap that night, but only at their upstairs seating around bar-height tables. Needless to say I grabbed this and intended to march our merry crew into Sahenhausen that night....

Le concierge de notre hôtel l'a recommandé comme une version autrichienne de la cuisine allemande. Ça avait l'air génial. Le barman servait des boissons, tirait des bières pour répondre à la demande, mais pas de manière bierhall, juste un service rapide et précis. Nos repas sont arrivés rapidement et nous les avons démolis. Il ne reste plus rien dans nos assiettes. Schnitzel était tiptop. Je recommande également le poulet au paprikain sur une salade pour un petit coup de pied. Situé près de la fin de la Schweizer Strasse, connue pour ses boutiques. Alors faites-en la destination finale d'un après-midi tranquille

One of the best dishes we ate during our trip was at Edelweiss, a restaurant recommended to us by a local barista. It was some sort of meat in a mushroom sauce it was indulgent but not overwhelming, and perfect comfort food for a...freezing day. Make sure you get a reservation we walked in without one, and they kindly were able to make space for us, but they had to put a time limit on us so they could sit their next reservation. This is basically the only place to get your schnitzel fix in Frankfurt. The schnitzel here is not quite as good as in Plachutta/ Vienna, but head and shoulders above anything that usually passes for schnitzel in Germany. Solid home-made food, good portions, and great,...if a bit grumpy service.

The restaurant serves very authentic Austrian kitchen with a very broad selection of delicious food. Especially the Original Wiener Schnitzel I can recommend as it is indeed one of the best ones I had so far.

had a very nice evening in a very authentic Austrian restaurant. public transport are close. eat very tasty. prices slightly higher, but acceptable. very friendly staff. Réservez une table maintenant
