Edelweiss Bakery And Wine

Having grown up nearby, I've frequented Edelweiss for nineteen years, and never once have I been disappointed. That's no hyperbole. The atmosphere always feels cozy, the people always emanate kindness, and the food always tastes lovely. As for said food, I can't think of a better place to get pastries, breakfast sandwiches, or even birthday cakes. I get their strawberry Chantilly cake every year. If you've never been, I recommend the caramel rolls, danishes, skillet joe's sandwiches, quiches, and cupcakes, just to list a few. From coffee to tea to apple cider, their beverages taste and feel comforting as well. It does get busy on Fridays and weekends, so it's best to get there early; most weekdays, however, aren't as crowded. All in all, Edelweiss has a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food, making it worth your time.

I visited here 2 weeks ago with another gala for a beautiful happy hour. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming especially after the darkness. We arrived at 5:00, but it filled pretty fast. We enjoyed some glasses of wine and one of their boards. There were also many desserts and pastries in the front case, but we will fill out on the board. It would probably serve 3-4 people as it was much too much for 2 of us.

Great little bakery in prior lake. The Donuts and cakes and breads and sandwiches and granola and salads and cookies everything tastes like it was made just for you.

Excellent pastry at Prior Lake! Love all their pastries, but the coffee was just decent. I tried their bestseller cinnamon rolls, but still prefer the cheese danish.
