I was looking for a new pizza place online when I came upon Edgewood's pizza site. I used their online ordering system, but it didn't work when I tried to check out. I hit the help button and got a (get this) real IT person that diagnosed my problem, and the order went through. This little pizza shop had a live IT person monitoring their website. The order arrived just at the time that was predicted, with the driver calling my cell just as he pulled in. The order was for a pizza with pepperoni and sausage, an order of clam strips, and garlic bread. The man who answered the phone was quite rude.The pizza was ok despite being slightly burnt and cold when we got it. I can't find the words to describe how disappointed I was with the price compared to the quality of the food.The celery we received with our wings was warm and soggy as if they were trying to hide the fact that the celery was old.We requested a new menu to view the higher prices, we didn't receive one. We weren't even offered a copy of our receipt.According to the old menu it should have come to about $35. We were charged $55 after tip.That was for one large one topping pizza, 22 wings and a 2l bottle of soda.Needless to say, my son and I have decided we will never order from...
Ummm Yumm!! This is the very first time I review any food but I just had to give Edgewood pizza one because they deserve it! I ordered an Xlarge cheese pizza my goodness for the price and for that many pieces my kids really enjoyed pizza tonight, the teriyaki wings DELICIOUS I cant wait to try the other ones! Also the fried shrimp with fries yum yum! Very satisfied customer they even had a magnet with their info for me to put on my fridge Yes!! My new place to order pizza from now on. Edgewood pizza I want to thank the chef who made our family's food tonight!!! You can tell who ever they may be they made their food with Love!! Thank you very much, kids are happy and so are we
This was our (my fiance) first time ordering from Edgewood Pizza and we're glad we had a very good first time experience!! Right from the ordering over the phone to the delivery ... The gentleman was very nice to bring it right to our door ... The price was very good as well!!! Overall I give my experience an A+!! I hope they get to see my review b cuz they deserve it!!! The pizza is definitely the best I've had in Waterbury. The customer service is excellent, and the delivery driver was incredibly attentive. I recently moved and had a hard time going out, but he made sure I got inside safely and that I was okay before he left. He really deserves recognition for the outstanding and caring service he provided.
Me and my partner received their menu in the mail so we thought we would try them out. I will say that the customer service was alright I don’t have any complaints, but the food was just utterly disappointing….the pizza was terrible. we will not be ordering again, sticking to Stone House pizza
Our pizza was burnt, and we called to complain and they wouldn't remake our pizza because we had each taken one bite out of a piece of pizza. Not like we ate half the pizza. How else would we have known it was burned unless we took a bite!! So we are done ordering from them.
I must say, these meatballs were incredible! The sauce had a delightful tomato flavor, and the taste was simply amazing. The entire dinner was delicious, and the service was excellent as well.

Frizz Burger is definitely my favorite! Every time I order from there, it's always spot on! (Burgers can be tricky to get delivered, but they are consistently perfect every single time!)
