by far one of the best resorts I've ever stayed in. from the time of check-in to the moment of check-out, the staff was extremely polite, professional and extremely attentive. the anwesen is absolutely beautiful with an incredible view of the lake tahoe. the hotel is in the untouched condition. the rooms are very well equipped with extreme love for detail. the coworkers in the restaurant and in the bar are a pleasure, especially kenny the bar tender and stephanie. the hot tub/pool is beautiful and clean, the daily s’mores are also a beautiful note. with easy access to the ski in heavenly moiuntain (there is a free shuttle,) to the online ski shop this is the ultimate five-star experience. I just want to say that this property had the best customer service stay I’ve ever experienced in my life. Gregg was the best manager, and went above and beyond to accommodate our reservation snafoo. If you can, please make time to stay here. Between their amazing shuttle service, to their grade A restaurants, you won’t have to realize that they have the best view in South Lake Tahoe. Thanks again Edgewood for providing us with the best snowy vacay we could have hoped for. Also, the ski butlers are amazing would ? recommend using if staying this hotel.

that is a first-class hotel. everything is impeccable. At check-in we received a glass of complementary Italian Prosecco wine. we booked a premium king room and it was much more spacious than we expected. the breakfast and dinner in the bistro was wonderful. no need to mention the Georgian vision. highly recommended for a visit, even for a meal or coffee.
An absolutely haven in Tahoe. Lovely service, unpretentious but elevated experience, and incredibly well designed rooms and amenities. Takes care of all your needs whether it's for skiing in the winter or hiking in the fall.It's my go-to place each time I go up to tahoe with family and boyfriend, whether its for a stay or just to the restaurants.
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The property is absolutely beautiful! The views are excellent. Staff is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious. The pro shop employees were extremely friendly and helpful, all around amazing! Highly recommended!
This is a nice property but our stay was not anywhere near worth the price. Service was average at best. The views are spectacular and the property itself is very nice. It's the service that was lacking. Holiday Inn service at Four Seasons prices.

the restaurant edgewood is an incredible experience. every place in the house has a spectacular view of the lake and sunset over the mountains. every dish was delicious, and I recommend a cocktail.
