My family and I were at the Hexenhouse (Witches House) in Falkensee, Germany.The owner, Edmond is a very good chef and has worked in some high class hotels around the world. His style of "Fusion" cooking is just amazing and together with the atmosphere of this very unique location, it's the perfect place to go if you want high class food .The food is very tasty and you instantly can't fail to recognize this. Edmond cooks with a lot of fresh herbs and manages to keep the natural tones of these while fusing other tastes together which make the dishes very palatable. We were invited to a Candle Light Dinner in HexenHaus and do not expect what to get.Was fully surprised by this wonderful evening.With a 25 minutes drive from Berlin, we found this house, which in German means a Witch Cottage middle in a forest surrounded by hugh trees .It was a wow at the first sight. This house was build 110 year ago and was restored into a 5 Stars restaurant.The service was more than perfect and the 4 course menu was out of this World.The goat cheese wrap in a crispy bacon over the salad was a starter follow by Raviellis fill with minced goose meat with Cognac on a Mushroom sauce. At 18:00 we were able to pick up the keys for our apartment at Rudolf-Breitscheid-Straße. Now it was 3:30. (See photo below) So a coffee in the witchhouse could shorten our time. The Edmonds is enough to describe here, a great house. Even without registration we got a place on the terrace. (See photo below) Since it was once warmer, we decided for a big Alster and a green Berlin white. The drinks came quickly and unobtrusively. The other (strain) guests enjoyed our photos around the house and outed us as newcomers. Who cares? We drank out and looked for the place. we haven't eaten so bad for long. my man got nice status pfifferling, with two spoons of instant puree and the laugh one could look at it but the sweet and the two spoons of potato puree, which was more than just like taste-neutral. to the small piece of pork, lieš I also go back my eating. the nice service then came back and said that the chef offered us to the house dessert, we thankfully refused, we just wanted to drink and pay and go. our service then came with the ransom and in addition a five euro bill, as a discount from the chef. I'm pulled back and forth. Of course, it is clear that group actions can be enjoyed with caution, but the mouth propaganda from the witchhouse was positive. And so it was: The location is fantastic, the staff excellent and all deserves 5 points. The food was also excellent, but it was the impression that the groupon had a smaller part. Here I give 3 points. But I was disappointed with the drinks prices. I found it a little too high, so I got three points here. But despite everything, we enjoyed a dinner.

we were totally excited. eating is very tasty and the meat is so delicate, even the salad and the dressing is simply super. the topping was the warm goat cheese covered with fried speck. as dessert there was a warm chocolate, a ball vanilleeis and Skyberry cream. a very good compilation : .

we were there for dinner on Sundays. the foods were excellent also appetizer and dessert were perfect.The gluten and lactose tolerance of my partner did not represent a problem for the cook and the dish was perfectly adapted. many thanks for the beautiful evening Réservez une table maintenant
