I've eaten here many times and found it really tasty in the first few months it was open. Service is always decent and timely. However I ate at this location today, and found there was an upsetting change in the consistency of the food. Rancid meat in california rolls, barely enough sauce to dip my shrimp. I will add that the service was still friendly and quick as usual, but the food I ate today will have me questioning whether I will return to this location or not. I could not even eat the sushi as all I could taste was strong rancid fake crab. I'm being generous with three stars, as I feel the staff have done an exceptional job in the past and have always been friendly with me. But today'...
Awesome location and service I found it a little discusting we are all wearing masks as customers and all staff but one lady had masks. The lady who was not wearing a mask was prepping food and walking back and forth in the cooking area. Then when everyone is watching her she is standing in the cooking area puts a mask on finally and does not wash her hands and keeps cooking. You have signs in your location for a mask and all employees are wearing one but one. Wowzeers
UPDATED REVIEW: The food has gone down hill since the first week of opening and Im sure its due to poor management, hopefully they can figure it out. The service can be a little over top, constantly asking if you're alright or need anything, understand they are looking for feedback since they just opened though. Foods been pretty good, lots of options and the teriyaki sauce is awesome!
Super friendly staff. I have ordered from this location about 15 times and every time it has tasted great and the order was correct. I had delivery once and it was at my door in 19 minutes! I know this isn't typical but I was really surprised how quick they are! They always package thhe take out really nicely so that stuff doesn't move around or spill as well. Keep up the great work!
Preordered an HR before pickup, when I arrived no one acknowledged me for pre order pickup and my order was lost in the queue of the in person orders. Had to wait over 30 extra minutes for food to even become ready. Not happy to have paid for fast service and then be felt forgotten. Don't waste your time if you expect it
