Compared to other hotels in this category, we were very disappointed here. The deluxe room had a nice view and a pleasant size, but the bathroom was not separated by a door, so all the steam from the shower spread around the room! We found it even worse that you can't regulate the heating yourself, but have to call reception! IMPOSSIBLE! Furthermore, we were woken up between 2:30 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. and kept from sleeping because a group was partying loudly and smoking under our balcony. We celebrated our dream wedding in the associated Alm with an overnight stay in this dream hotel. From the planning to the end of the wedding, everything was just great. The complete service (a huge thank you to Cora, who implemented every one of our wishes and was very loving) as well as the location, food and rooms were super great. Simply beautiful! The best thing is the extremely friendly staff. You get the feeling that people enjoy working here, but that's not so often the case anymore. Fantastic spa area. We were there with our 1 year old baby. 24/7 room service. Everything we needed was provided to us, whether porridge or warm milk. Thank you very much for the great stay!
