Eggs In Paradise Irp

The food here is a taste of home! I still have to be disappointed. The service is very friendly and fast! My friend and I mapped both biscuit and gravy options and they were more than we could finish. Really HUGE portions! A slight disadvantage, but definitely not a factor, is that the last time I went there, the coffee tasted very weak and like dish soap. Maybe it was just a fuke... honestly, they're not specializing in coffee. Never mind, 5 stars!

Fresh tasty! And if can't decide the waitstaff is all too happy to help you make the best choice! I can't eat eggs but wowsers I hardly missed them with this delicious chicken carnita breakfast skillet pilled upon crispy hash browns, served with pico and avocado slices... even comes with a pancake! Voila, best of both breakfast worlds!!!

We stopped for Brunch yesterday. It was great. The food was great, the waitress was great... the portions were huge. I live 1.5 hours away and will find my way there. Thanks eggs in paradise!
