Horrible customer service. I ordered something through Ubereats with them and they forgot to send the fires, the whipped cream, and the pancake sauce, eventhough I paid for them. When I called to tell them about it, they said for me to get into an uber (and obviously pay for the uber myself) and go there to pick up the items that they forgot to put in the bag. They were not apologetic at all as if they are doing me a favour. Stay away from them until they learn how to pack an order, and if they do make a mistake, learn how to properly apologize and make it up to the customer. I don't know who the owner is but I would suggest investing some time teaching your staff how to handle mistakes prop...
Delivery order was a COMPLETE ripoff... accidentally ordered from here instead of my usual place... BIG MISTAKE.... HUGE!!!Order from a different location so you'll get your money's worth.Here's my problems:1. No toast included... was supposed to be 6 slices.... that's just lazy service.2. Two fruit cups that were part of the special I ordered had EXACTLY 10 blueberries and 2 cut-up strawberries TOTAL... that's just cheap.3. Asked for red onions on a blt order and for the home fries to be well done... shouldn't have wasted my time typing those things requests because it competed ignored.Do yourself a favor and order from the Shepard/ Victoria Park location... you will actually get your money...
Food is well prepared and fresh. Portions are normal for the time. In fact, my meal had extra peameal bacon. Staff are polite and friendly. Atmosphere is your typical and traditional breakfast place. Table is set with everything you need (unlike other places). Things that can be improved, 1) extra serviettes at the table would be nice, 2) a small plate to place waste. It will just adds a touch of better service. Overall a 9/10 experience. Definitely worth coming back.Dietary restrictions: Have gluten free and keto options.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough for a standard wheel chairs and many table can easily accommodate a person in wheelchair.
The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is generally good. There are times when they get really busy and one waitress is overwhelmed trying to attend to the whole restaurant. The head chef, "Red," does a great job. On weekends, they have extra staff after 9am which helps. Occasionally, they bring in a young boy from their Warden location who assists the girls and is attentive in refilling coffee cups. The food is always fresh and never greasy. Both Anna and Maroon have delightful personalities and are always friendly and respectful towards their customers. Réservez une table maintenant
Eggsmart is my go-to place for breakfast. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the food is delicious. What makes it even better is that this location is more budget-friendly compared to the one on Yonge and Shepherd. So, if you're looking for a great breakfast without breaking the bank, this is the spot to be!
