The service from the waitress was excellent, but the new owner was mediocre. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my dish (custard cream and crepe) and when I mentioned this to the waitress, she returned with my dish and informed me that the owner refused to provide me with a replacement. I was told that I had to pay for the crepe, which I had not eaten at all. Later, the waitress returned and explained that the owner had insisted I only needed to look at what was in the crepe and if I was unhappy, I should leave. I knew the filling in the crepe was fine, it was the cream that was the issue. I was very disappointed with this response and will be lodging a complaint with the restaurant's h...
I have been coming to this restaurant for years and I always bring all my friends when they visit. As an English speaker, I appreciate that the servers and waiters are always willing to switch to English when needed. The food is consistently good, although sometimes the berries can be a bit hit or miss. The staff are friendly and always treat my child well. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and we always leave satisfied.
Good welcome, employees always smiling and the service is excellent. The food is excellent too, and what about the coffee, they serve it to us very often and it is excellent too. We have always been served very well. And the atmosphere is very good. I highly recommend Eggsquis as it is my favorite restaurant and we go there regularly. Bon appetit and enjoy. Lucy
For the blonde lady with glasses without a mask with a cough who coughs everywhere without any discomfort, the same one who prepared the coffee by putting saliva in her fingers to separate the coffee filters... cursed that I fled from this place, the only positive point is the kindness of my waitress. Excellent lunch restaurant! The food is really good and the service is excellent! It's really good value for money. Plus, they are really welcoming to children. I recommend! Kid-friendliness: Yes! They even bring colored pencils and have chairs or booster seats for different ages.
