After a visit to the neighboring weaving museum at the beginning of August, my sister and I were able to grab the last available seats in the restaurant. Both the Tafelspitz menu and the fish plate menu were wonderfully composed, with a delicious clear soup beforehand, a salad that was almost freshly picked [in the restaurant garden] and a dessert that I couldn 't eat anymore because I was already so full. The non alcoholic 'Hugos ' were a great addition. We would also have liked to try the wines from the special cooperation, but that 's not possible if you still have to drive. We 'd love to come again (or twice or three times...
