We were in Koblenz as part of our New Year's Eve holiday and thanks to our joy we were able to get a nice table at Einstein, the atmosphere and staff were super nice and accommodating and we had a great table by the window. The order went quickly and special requests or changes to the ingredients were also received. The wine recommendation was a hit. We felt very comfortable. We had the veal schnitzel, which my wife unfortunately found to be very mixed and unfortunately the temperatures for both dishes were high It was mediocre but otherwise very tasty. As a dessert I can recommend the lava cake, a culinary delight . We will come back and maybe there will be 5 stars for the food
One of the best restaurants I have ever visited. Very good value for money, the food is high quality and the portions are large. What I like best is the modern vibe, very nice furnishings, comfortable seats, good music and even a cute robot that brings the food. I ordered soft drinks which were very tasty and came in a nice glass. The service was also impeccable, a very friendly waiter, even if he was apparently a HSV fan, who was always there quickly when you needed him but never imposed himself. Kid-friendliness: Child-friendly, child seats were offered.
