Quick and friendly service, modern interior. Veggie flammkuche was great. The trout baked in breadcrumb was basically tasty, but completely soaked in oil; a sign of lazy underqualified cooking, not worth what they charge for it. Also no side dishes with it except small salad (again totally soaked in oil dressing), for 3 euro extra we got a small bowl of potatoes.Cooks should be sent back to school before it's worth our visit again.

Ich bin oft hier, zumeist in meiner Mittagspause und kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen. Sehr gute Speisekarte mit Gerichten aller Art und vor allem der Mittagstisch ist für den Preis sehr zu empfehlen. Dazu ist das in einem alten Xantener Gebäude gelegene Restaurant schön stylisch eingerichtet. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Ich gehe immer wieder gerne hier hin.

sehr gut gezapftes bier. essen ist auch sehr zu empfehlen!! zubereitung mit viel liebe und toll gemacht. für den standard ungemein preiswert. preis-leistung top!!! DAS WICHTIGSTE: Unbedingt den lokalten Schnaps "Els" trinken. Das ist ein Initiationsritus für jeden Xantener!

Leckeres Essen in angenehmer Atmosphäre, was will man mehr?Durch die Lage etwas versteckt vom Markt nicht so überlaufen, dabei aber gut erreichbar und auch zentral gelegen.

Excellent restaurant just off the main square in Xanten, great meat and fish dishes all local procuured. The German white wines are top notch
