Einstein Bistro - Réservation de table

Brunch with two other people on Sunday July 30, 2023. It was quiet and not many people because it was vacation. The selection of dishes was extensive as well as seasonal products from the region. Special requests were implemented perfectly at the cooking station. Everything is fresh, lots of fruit, fine tea. The price for external guests of CHF 35 is justified (I was able to redeem a voucher, which made it CHF 18)! There is always more choice, but the offer is select and of the best quality. And it was lush. All good things come in threes, i.e. I'll be back. Best regards

Ich wollte den Nachtisch meist gar nicht mehr mit meiner Mutter teilen. Wir alle haben für die Zukunft daraus gelernt und werden beim nächsten Besuch jeder eine Nachtisch bestellen.Aus unserer Sicht ist ein Treff hier rundweg zu empfehlen.Alle Tische wurden anständig gesäubert und die Stühle waren äußerst bequem.Promter und netter Service. Ich finde, dass das ganze Personal dort einen harmonischen Job gemacht hat.

Leider ist das Einstein Gourmet restaurant noch einige Wochen geschlossen. Das Bistro ist jedoch sicherlich ein sehr guter Ersatz dafür.Jedes Gericht war gut präsentiert und schmackhaft zubereitet, die Weine im Offenausschank gut ausgewählt, und das Personal professionell und überaus freundlich.Die modernistische Ambiance wird angereichert durch schöne Kunstwerke.

Probably the only place in St. Gallen where you can have a decent brunch. Great variety, everything fresh and delicious. The service is always motivated and friendly. At this point a big praise and compliment to Martin, who served our table. Very well-positioned, infectiously good mood, very professional. Keep it up. I'd love to come back. We came here via the Swiss Coupon Pass and would not be disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and tasted great. The dessert (News York Cheesecake) in particular was a poem.

Beinahe 2 Stunden bis zur Vorspeise. Küche total überfordert. Beim Tartar 4 Toastscheiben, niemand fragt, ob diese reichen, gutes Tartar. Nudeln verkocht Altersheim Küche)

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Essen sehr fein und schön präsentiert, alles saisonal. Sehr empfehlenswert!
