Einstein Bros. Bagels

Literally the worst customer service ever. The lady snapped “I’m an employee not a manager, I don’t know!” And “I’m pregnant, and you’re making me mad” when I asked for clarification of why I couldn’t order something on the menu that was being advertised in a huge photo.

Explicitly asked for no-bacon meal, and was charged for it. Asked again when they were handing me food, and realized they ignored instructions on their screen. Had to wait more to get the items.1. Rude staff2. Throws attitude for their own mistake3. Food is ok

They have a good looking lunch menu but they don’t serve it until 1:30pm for some reason. Breakfast sandwiches are tasty and the best value around for a hot item in the area. Service wasn’t great they take a while and mix up orders.

Ordered at the kiosk and was very disappointed hay there was not a hot tea option.
