the best I ever had. at 12:30 a.m., the midday break and 1.5 hours before closing to find they have zero bagels in the display. the type that puts empty baskets back into the display, murmures something as if I will be with you and then, after waiting a few minutes, while laying empty baskets, it drags the roller shelf with all the bagels that he just removed from the display and disappears. because this happens, the guy behind the register asks if he can help me to whom I ask, 'you have any bagels again', in the midday break, and they are a bagel shop, so he asks the same guy to bring back the rule what he does, but only halfway before he goes back to the back. no caption of his bagel is what, most of the bins are empty, and no one interferes to help me find out what is what. at this point I just turned around and went out. as I was the only person in the line, and there may be only 5 people in total restaurant, they would think that they make a better effort to help me and make a sale. Don't guess. if they are so apathetic to sell me their product, then I will be just as apathetic to buying it. Besides, if this is the height of the carefree and labored by the employees, then I don't want to eat anything that comes from this kitchen.
I love bagels but I will not be returning to this store again. This is not the first time either. The blonde lady in her 50's that you guys have working drive thru in the morning obviously does not enjoy her job there. She is rude, can't get the order right and takes extremely long. She never smiles or says hello and when asked for her name she refuses to provide it. Ive called the store before but you guys never seem to return a call or an email. Is that really who you want representing you in the mornings?
