I placed an order through the app at 8:30 AM for a 9:40 AM pickup. When I arrived at 9:37 AM, the staff informed me that they had only just received my order on their system seven minutes earlier, and it would take an additional 15 minutes to prepare! I specifically selected 9:40 AM for the pickup so that I could make it to my destination by 10 AM. It seems they don’t give priority to online orders! Why even provide estimated pickup times? I guess I have to come to terms with the fact that my order won’t be ready on time, so I either need to order much earlier or go in person. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience either. To make matters worse, this was a $164 order, so...
I want to express my appreciation for the fantastic food. The staff member who took my order recommended an alternative, and I'm glad I took her advice. They had garlic bagels, which are one of my favorites. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are spacious and comfortable, even during busy times. The cashier was friendly and patient, adding to the overall positive experience.
Food and speed of service great! Taste of food, amazing....coffee on the other hand, terrible so minus a star for that. It's really bad quality and although the menu states vanilla sweet cream, I was only offered half&half or 2%milk, no sweeteners, just packs of sugar. It wasn't drinkable for me, so went to waste. I reached out to support with no reply
Today, I decided to try a new menu item and I was very disappointed. The CINNAMON ROLL is not just a no, it's a definite no! It tasted like it was three days old, and they attempted to hide that by warming it up. Even the best part, the center, was hard and dry. Do yourself a favor and skip this item.

This place sucks. You have to ask to get your bagels sliced, you have to ask to get the toasted, and they charge you for each cream cheese, shouldn't each bagel come with cream cheese? I will never come here again, bagels are not even that great. The place was dirty and outdated. The whole experice
This location had a crazy line when I showed up to pickup my catering order (placed days in advance), only to get my order 40 minutes late because they forgot to make it.If you’re just grabbing a bagel, the place is fine. But if you’re depending on timing, this is not the right place.
Wrong bagel on my order. Ran out of bagel style for my wife's order. Remade my order but made my wife's order instead of what I originally ordered. First time back in about a year, used to be run very well but I guess they must have had a lot of turnover at this location.
While the food is always delicious, their servers are pretty rude and unengaging with the customers. Overall, this place is great though. Customer engagement is the only thing I’d ask of them to improve.
