I visited the restaurant today and was very disappointed to find that it's only a drive-thru. This was my first time there, and I was excited because I love Bruegger's Bagels for their vegetable bagel sandwiches. When I went through the drive-thru, I asked for a veggie sandwich on a toasted asiago bagel. The employee was quite rude and told me they didn’t have that. Everything seemed to be so good at the drive through window until I tried to take the hot cup of coffee out of the carrier. The lid came off and spilled coffee on my car's seat. I pushed the lid back on tightly and tried to lift the cup again. This time it was worse I tried again to lift the top of the cup out of the carrier, not by the lid, just enough for coffee to spill out on my purse, and all over my car. The coffee burned my fingers and I wasn't able to keep it from spilling everywhere. What an unnecessary accident Einstein Bagels! If you serve hot coffee, then get lids that stay on tightly. I was going to stop buying coffee at Starbucks but I won't be getting it at Einstein. Otherwise...
I arrived at 1:30 PM, and the signage indicated that they were open until 2 PM. However, the door was locked, and it stated "drive-thru only." I went to the drive-thru and noticed a worker smoking out back. They saw me but went inside without responding to the drive-thru speaker. I drove around, and all the lights were turned off. No one answered the door either. This was incredibly disappointing in terms of both service and professionalism. If they were out of food, they should have posted a sign. This was simply laziness on their part. I would give zero stars if that were an option.
The bagels at this restaurant were delicious! The schmear was a bit pricey, but that's not a big deal. I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars because of my recent experience. I placed 3 separate orders but the person at the window insisted I only had 2. When I checked the bags, I saw that they had combined 2 orders in 1 bag. I informed them of this and they still claimed I only had 2 orders. Despite the confusion, I decided to just take what I had and our transaction was completed. Overall, it was an okay experience. Recently, there has been a change in management at this restaurant. Originally a Caribou Coffee, it has now been transformed into an Einstein Brothers location. In the past, some of the cashiers were quite rude, but during my recent visit, I experienced excellent service. Although I did not catch his name, the cashier was very friendly and polite. Hopefully, this level of customer service will be consistent moving forward.
My husband and I were in the area doing laundry and decided to stop by for a quick breakfast. This was our first time visiting, but it definitely won't be our last. Everyone we encountered, from the drive-thru staff to those who served us our food, was friendly, patient, and kind. Plus, the food was delicious! We ordered a juice, a mocha drink, and I had the Texas brisket farmhouse bagel sandwich.
I love this restaurant! I give it five stars, but it is a bit pricey. The bagels and coffee are excellent. We paid $45 for a fast food breakfast for three adults and a child (no dine-in available).
Vicki at the drive thru is amazing, so fast and professional. The iced caramel cold brew is perfect, add whip live alittle! The bacon avocado breakfast sandwich is full of freshness and flavor.

This place has only the sweetest staff! I come several times a week to get fuel for my early morning and everyone here just puts a bright start to my day. Try the cherry yogurt danish!
I went first thing in the AM for a cinnamon sugar bagel w/cream cheese and they said they didn't make that flavor of bagel today. Don't understand why.
