I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, I witnessed a man in a red shirt, who I assume is a manager, handling new Bagels (sesame and Asiago) without wearing gloves. He touched every single bagel and then proceeded to touch his ears, glasses, and face. I did not receive my Asiago bagel and was informed by the cashier, who was rude and unprofessional, that the restaurant is no longer safe. My order was also placed incorrectly three times despite me providing the correct information. This whole situation is unacceptable. Managers should always use gloves when handling food.
