I can only endorse the last assessment. Special requests are not fulfilled. My child wanted to stray on his ice, was rejected because the cup is supposed to be too small. The wonderful bag in the cup also did not go as it is a specialty of the house and only exists in the waffle. We've never seen anything like that.
