Unfreundliche Bedienung. Eis durchschnittlich. Gestern Abend waren wir um 17:50 dort und wollten ein Eis essen, wir wurden mit den pampigen Worten empfangen dass sie jetzt zu machen und es nurnoch Eis to Go gibt. Die Bedienung hat 5x nach der Wahl der Eiskugeln gefragt (es gab kaum Auswahl obwohl es auf der Karte stand), war sichtlich unkonzentriert und mit den Gedanken im Feierabend. Das Eis durften wir aber wenigstens auf den Stühlen vor der Eisdiele noch essen. Um 17:55 wurden dann den Gästen die dort saßen hektisch alle Teller weggerissen, die Stühle rumgerückt. Um 17:59 kam ein Junge an die Eisdiele der gerne noch ein Eis to Go wollte, er wurde schon auf dem Weg zur Theke schroff abgewi...
Well... so a had the worst experience ever in this Eiscafe, the people there is really really rude, instead of saying hello the will shout at you. In my case the lady in the front shouted at me telling me that I should wear my mask (Corona times) I understand that we have to do it but I also think that she could do that in a politely way. Not only these, they are also nonsense cuz they scream at you that you should disinfect your hands and everything before coming in to the store but they will serve your ice cream with the same hand they took your money, so for my that doesn't make any sense!!! It a shame cuz the ice taste good but the people is horrible
Ganz ok, das Eis, die Preise sind angemessen. Bei gutem Wetter herrscht hier schnell Hochbetrieb, wegen der zentralen Lage. Üblicherweise wird man hier recht flott bedient, wenn der Laden voll ist, wird es etwas länger dauern, da selbst dann meiner bisherigen Erfahrung nach nur wenige Servicekräfte zur Verfügung stehen.
