If you're looking for friendly staff, don't bother here. After 35 € for coffee for the whole family, while we waited 6 minutes for our ferry. We went and put our older mother down to whom we were told that she had to move because he can't let her sit when people pay here extra. It's not like he had to wash a coffee cup... It went to the garbage. There were hardly any tables used! The situation is amazing. Hopefully, San Marco is one day operated by people who appreciate customers. 1 star is much to love. Disappoint! Don't go here if you're looking for friendly staff and good service.
My 7-year-old daughter wanted an ice cream from here when we passed. The young woman who served us at the ice cream counter has listened to us so rudely while my daughter decides what ice she wanted. My daughter is 7 years old and she no longer took that 2-3 seconds to decide! This place has to learn what customer service is. It has no! Your company relies on us tourists. The previous two negative reviews are on site. If my daughter wasn't there, I would have made a scene because I was so angry with the staff. Avoid this place at all costs.
Not so many cafés in this area opened in January, so we went there for a coffee. The espresso costs 2.90€! A cup of chocolate costs 5,60€! And it comes in a small cup, the quality is not there at all. The waiter is everything, but nice. Dear tourists, do not do the same mistake as we and find another place or are willing to pay much for a bad customer experience
Während des Regens wurden wir nach dem Kauf von Eis aufgefordert die Eisdiele mit Überdachung zu verlassen. Mitarbeiter Rauchen und schauen die ganze Zeit aufs Handy. Das Straciatella Eis schmeckt nach Zitrone. Die Waffeln sind ekelhaft. Es wird keine Kartenzahlung akzeptiert.
