Leider haben wir mit diesem Eiscafé keine gute Erfahrung gemacht. Der Umgang mit Familien und Kindern war aus unserer Sicht sehr wenig entgegenkommend, sodass wir uns mit Kindern dort nicht willkommen gefühlt haben. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang des Besitzers, den wir als sehr unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert erlebt haben. Insgesamt entstand für uns der Eindruck, dass Familien mit Kindern hier nicht gern gesehen sind. Für uns steht daher fest, dass wir dieses Eiscafé mit Kindern nicht noch einmal besuchen werden.
Der Besitzer empfing uns mit einer sehr unfreundlichen und direkten Ansage, dass wir uns gefälligst umzustellen haben in einem sehr rauen Tonfall. Keine Begrüssung oder Anweisung kam von seiner Seite, wir haben uns seiner Freundlichkeit angepasst in dem wir wortlos zu einer alternativen Eisdiele gegangen sind, bei der wir freundlich empfangen wurden und sehr gerne Geld für Qualität und Kundenfreundlichkeit gelassen haben.
Have been sitting out here many times in good weather. The service is especially friendly also the boss! The ice cream is great, the coffee is unsurpassed. Five stars! By the way, I do not think that I should make any assessments in situations that are strained by high customer demand. Mostly, one is the one who spreads the bad mood. Eiscafé Sebastiano stands in a privileged place. With good weather you can enjoy the view of the FishMarkt and the surrounding area. The interior of the café presents a typical Italian plaster structure, all made by hand. The offer on ice is pleasant, but deserve no special reference.

Enttäuschend von A bis Z. Unfreundlich, überteuert, nur Barzahlung. Nur die Sonne auf der Terrasse war schön. Diese Adresse ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
