Very unhygienic.. sticky tables and chairs and that at coronary times.. Incompetent service that hardly speaks the German language reacts aggressively, rudely and insultingly at complaints. After hair in the ice and instead of “dark chocolate an aqueous milk product” I was certainly the last time there

This place makes it's Italian Ice fresh & it's worth every calorie. lol The only thing missing is a lactose free choice, but they have nice fast service with tons of other choices to pick from & their presentation can't be beat, most beautiful deserts ever.

We enjoyed some pretty epic eis desserts and our server was even willing to accommodate our daughter's nut allergy by opening a new container of vanilla. Only downside to our visit was realizing at the end of our visit that we needed to go find...More

The hot cocoa was delicious: creamy and not cloyingly sweet. We had scoops of delicious creamy ice cream. No matter that it was a chilly March. The atmosphere was warm and cheerful.
