Eishutte am Kainzenbad

We ate lunch (Mittagessen) at the Eishutte and were charmed by the warmth of the small restaurant, owned and operated by a local family for many years. During summer and good weather there is outdoor seating, however, we went in September when it was a bit cooler and raining so we ate inside. Various home cooked meals on the menu from soups to daily specials. The kitchen is very small but the family gets good food out of it without long waits.

This restaurant was recommended to us and we are simply thrilled. Such a friendly couple. we had very interesting conversations. The food was not only delicious, it was also beautifully decorated. An eyebrow! Despite my long list of allergies, I have become patient and the owners were extremely helpful in the advice. English has also been spoken without any problems, as my partner cannot be German.

Super leckere Knödel, wir waren alle super positiv überrascht. Alle Knödelgerichte (2-3 Knödel) kamen mit einer Portion Salat. Der Preis war für den Geschmack unserer Meinung nach ok. Die Spinatknödel, das Tagesgericht mit 3 ver. Knödelsorten und die gerösteten Knödel sind sehr empfehlenswert. Die Bedienung war freundlich. Gerne wieder!

On the last day before the Corona closing, I didn't want to miss testing the ice hut. The choice was no longer great, but a turtle was just the right thing for me. And he was great. When it's up again, I'm happy to warm up at a delicious meal at the fireplace. Réservez une table maintenant
