Since November last year I made the ice lab the first ice cream I wanted to enjoy this year. But somehow they didn't have it with the warm sunny spring weather. But today it finally worked, it finally has the right mix of sun and waxes, i.e. from the ice lab. And what should I say was by far the best ice cream I've eaten this year. And hopefully not the last.
Mega! Was there the first time today and had the agony of choice. Today rather classical varieties chosen. Next time, the one or other exotic variety comes into the wafer. The ice is amazing. We like to stand for 15 minutes. We look forward to the next time. Maybe you can open a shop in Troisdorf. You are definitely missing here!
Small ice lab with few types of ice cream. The three selected vanilla, peanut and Cassis were good taste. The waffle crispy. But I think the opening should be wider and less pointed. Because three bullets hardly fit into the long waffles. If you're in Bonn, you can go.
