This restaurant is in a tiny village hidden away in the hills high above the Malaga area. the village is called “ The Lost Village”. There is an interesting history behind this restaurant. As to my visit there. There is a long twisted winding narrow road to this place, very little parking once you get there, drive through the village and park at the bottom. Of the hill, just past the buildings, Then hike back up the hill to the restaurant. If you can, make reservations, but they WILL fit you in if you don’t. I ordered the BBQ Ribs in BBQ sauce, it was superb! With sliced potatoes. My husband ordered the Wild Boar. And thought it was the best he’d ever had, for starters he ordered sliced bake...
No visit to this area is complete without a visit to the Ghost Village of Acebuchal and this wonderful restaurant. The staff are all really friendly and the story printed on the menu of the history of Acebuchal which is intrinsically linked to the owners of the restaurant is fascinating. The food is amazing with some totally unique dishes and very reasonably priced. The drive to the venue is an event in itself from the Frigilliana road, I wouldn’t attempt the Competa road unless you’re a thrill seeker! Popular though with a lot of hikers. The scenery the food the village are all incredible. The words “Hidden Gem” sum this place up.
We went a few kilometers to acebuchal to eat at this bar that already wanted many restaurants to have the menu that it has. spectacular. if you enjoy the gastronomy so the dishes are very elaborate. I advise you to leave room for some of the desserts, but the peanut ice cream with wasabi you can't leave without trying it. you can go eat with your pet. recommended. we will come back and repeat.
We met the site for this app and we were not wrong. It's in the middle of the mountain and it's hard to get there, but with the gps no problem. the very good food and the treatment of the waiters great. we went with our dog and we were super agusto. we will repeat!
