I apologize for not having a picture to share. A snowstorm knocked out the power at my ex's house, where my daughters were staying, so I ordered food for them since he wasn’t around. One of my daughters is vegetarian, so I ordered both meals as vegetarian. However, I found out there was meat in the food. When I called the restaurant, they acknowledged that they had included beef in the burrito but didn’t offer any compensation for their error. I feel like I should have received some kind of refund—am I being unreasonable to think that?
Avoid ordering takeout! This was my first and last experience with this restaurant. I ordered a Grilled Shrimp Bowl with black beans, but as you can see in the picture, there were no black beans—just rice and pico de gallo instead (as stated on the menu). Also, what's with the tomatoes in my "bowl"? The grilled shrimp was delicious, which is the only reason I'm giving it three stars. They included some tasty tortillas, but no salsa! To top it off, they weren't even busy when I picked up my order... what a disappointment.

Today, I visited this restaurant with my husband and son. We usually go to Laha but were open to trying something new. Unfortunately, the service for drinks and food was slow, even though there weren't many customers there. The food was just average—not impressive enough for me to want to come back. I’m glad we gave it a try, but I’m not a fan. The chicken had an odd texture that became mushy after just two bites. Honestly, I think it’s worth the drive to Greensboro for Laha instead.
I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant! I got the Steak Fajitas, which came with rice, beans, and a Mexican salad. To my shock, while eating the rice, I discovered a strand of hair. This used to be my go-to place for Mexican food in the area, but this experience was extremely unacceptable and disgusting.
They have a house hot sauce that is beyond good, if you enjoy hot flavors going here just for that you will be happy. Been in 4 or 5 times since they opened, standard fair I recommend the street tacos, but always fresh and prepared well. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
This restaurant offers flavorful traditional Mexican dishes. I tried the chicken ACP with shrimp, and although the rice was tasty, the protein was a bit dry, even though it was well-seasoned. The chips and salsa, however, were fantastic!

The service is consistently outstanding each time I go. I just wish the restaurant were busier, as some of their authentic dishes are better than those at many other places.
