One of the best places to dine in the port of Mahón, and if we look at it from the point of view of quality/price, the best without a doubt. Small place run by Fran and her wife, who cook with love and have a close relationship with their guests. The red meat and marinated tenderloin tables are highly recommended, and of course the pan of chichos with eggs, without underestimating the rest of the menu. The pity is that they only open seasonally, since the place is very small and you can only eat outside, on its pleasant terrace overlooking the port. Ho amato tutto di El Alquimista. L’atmosfera rustica, familiare ed accogliente . La gentilezza estrema del personale. La bontà e simpatia del gestore/cuoco che ama davvero tanto il suo lavoro e desidera viziare e far stare bene i suoi clienti. Da El a Alquimista ho divorato una delle cene più buone a Mahon! Menu prevalentemente di carne! Tutto ottimo e di altissima qualità. Anche le patatas bravas sono state le più buone dell’isola. Prezzi onestissimi. LO STRACONSIGLIO
El servicio de 10, amabilisimos y muy simpáticos. La comida muy muy buena, pedimos croquetas de tres tipos, unas de ellas de botillo, espectaculares. Las patatas bravas también muy buenas , y la panceta con queso, todo de 10. El postre casero con sorpresa para repetir. Volveremos sin duda.
