In short, a complete success with a “but”. We were able to enjoy the menu of the day for and the price quality ratio has been fantastic. the place is located near the center of salamanca, has a simple but very nice decoration, with spacious tables and good separation between them. the staff has been very pleasant at all times and the dishes have not been made to wait. I do have to put a “but” and it has been at the time of the coffee, for my drop was quite strong (very likely it was torrefacto,) I understand that many people get that kind of coffee, but it is literally a scrambled stomach, it would be a good idea to offer Arabic coffee, more in line with the kind of quality food served. the papada is a salamanca delicacy and I found it very balanced thanks to the salsa that reduces the fat feeling of this type of meat.
We loved it and when we go back to salamanca we plan to repeat. a very enjoyable menu, with surprising flavors. We ask for several incomings and a main one, all to share: salmon stutter, the gyozas de codorniz, chicharro al fuego and as the main one also to share the cod loin with hot potato foam. It was all delicious, very tasteful dishes. the place is very cozy, each table has its own lighting. They treated us terribly. a recommended gastronomic option.
the best place to celebrate Christmas in the company of the most loved ones. my recognition to the cuisine of this restaurant for the elaboration of the best menu I have eaten. I also have to recognize the table service that has been excellent. the unbeatable deal. I felt like home. Thank you so much for this Christmas meal. You are a real professional. I reiterate thanks.
