Our group of 4 Canadian travelled to Picassent to try the “best paella” in the Valencia Province/ Spain. We were given this information by a Spanish couple who were staying in the same hotel as we were. We drove roughly 30 minutes from our vacation condo in Cullera to enjoy a late lunch, having made our reservation for 2:00 PM. Upon arriving we were provided with waters and Spanish menus. An adjacent table guest assisted us by explaining the menu details, as we were only partially fluent in Spanish. He also assisted us in making our lunch orders. As well, we ordered draft beers (2), a glass of sangria and a glass of vino blanco. We ordered a fresh mixed salad for 4 as well as the traditional chicken and rabbit paella for 4. The salad was excellent; but the paella, was absolutely superb! What a fantastic lunch! The service was also exceptional. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The restaurant was recommended for paella by our host in Valencia. We had hard time making reservation because none in the restaurant speaks english, so we decided to just go onsite. We had to wait around 1 hour for paella, because we didn 't have reservation, but we were ok with that. The staff was very friendly they allowed us to see the 'kitchen ' where they cook the paella and the paella itself was really good.

the cathedral of the Valencian paella, always uncertain eating in this restaurant, full salad, tiptoe, sepia iron, roman squids, chicken paella and rabbit and desserts to finish with coffees and cheeks, all special and quality-price incomparable, fast and professional service as well as the kitchen of not me tired to go to this restaurant

correct service, tables with distance. the very good incomings (sepia and croquettes) but the paella insipida, the last peeled rice point, which demolished the food. normal desserts. prices very well, both rations and drink.
