El Arco in Lincoln Heights is an absolute gem! Amy was amazing, treating us like VIPs and giving us the best food recommendations. I accidentally thought a sauce had pork (pescatarian), and they immediately brought me a fresh one with a smile—so sweet! Fonsi even stopped by to chat, telling us about their expansion and super fun happy hour specials. Even though I don’t live nearby, my friend does, so we’ll definitely be back! The burritos? Chef’s kiss! Everything we had was so delicious. What a charming spot with the kindest people. Can’t wait to return! Also…flan and churros were amazing!

The host/waiter Alfonso was great and made amazing drinks and made the overall experience better. Aside from the great service the food is delicious and had really good portions. I highly recommend the carnitas and birria it’ll make you wanna continue eating even after you’re full just as I did. Very tasty and amazing atmosphere overall and I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone.

Brought a few friends, being that it was the first time for them. Only one waiter… The whole time we were there. Only 4 star for food: was what one friend ordered. Abbey’s burrito. Very little guacamole, sour cream. Thought the red sauce was the best they’ve tasted. Mixed reviews for them. Think the over worked waiter and cleaning tables too was the cause.

It was a fabulous experience. Food was great and I love the decor, but what was bad was the service. I had to wait 20-25 mins for my check during lunch hour and was late to a meeting that I allotted extra time to make sure to make on time.

We were greeted by a friendly crew at checkin and were seated immediately even though we had a party number change. The food was very tasty. My favorite is the omelette waffle station with a bounty of fresh cut fruit.

The food was okay. Most were good but I didn’t even eat one of the sliders because it was so bad. Drink was too sweet and overpriced. Music was too loud outside. Will probably try a different restaurant next time.

Enjoyed food, I ordered off the 3 course restaurant week menu and it was pretty good. Was hoping there’d be more salad, but overall good food. I was early, 6:30, and it was not crowded so service was very good

Beautiful restaurant. Brunch was AMAZING. Brussel sprouts, so good. Chicken waffles, write home to ya mama about em. Brandy, our waitress/bartender, hands down the best! Seriously, just go.

It was a beautiful brunch. I love the contemporary American menu and the neat bistro style. The decor is perfect. I really enjoyed.
