The pictures are not exactly matching the actual appearance in-person. I expected a bit more upscale; the restaurant foundation is beautiful however the furniture decreased the appearance. The customer service was concerning due to taking 2 hours to serve dinner for my birthday celebration of 8 ppl. The waiter could hve been overwhelmed but had poor communication skills. As for food, my Linguini Seafood Pasta was amazing which makes me chuckle based on the above review, however, I was pleased 9/10 along with the Lobster Risotto. The calamari was fried hard. Crunchy. The ceviche was not it! Hve tuna can vibes.
After reading reviews, we made reservations at this restaurant knowing that the service might be slow. However, we didn't mind the wait as we enjoyed each other's company with drinks. The servers were working hard despite being understaffed. The food was delicious, and they even gave us some complimentary risotto to try for the delay. We sat at a lovely outdoor table in the peaceful setting of the back area surrounded by palms. It was a perfect evening during our vacation, with friendly staff and excellent food.
I was extremely let down by this restaurant. The photos online may depict it as a fancy place, but it falls short. We were given Dasani water bottles, which was underwhelming. The food was subpar at best. The shrimp with garlic sauce was simply melted butter and the lobster risotto had overcooked lobster and numerous shells, making it difficult to enjoy. To add to our disappointment, we were attended to by five different servers throughout our meal.
I made reservations for the restaurant a day in advance. Upon arrival, we were made to feel like we were intruding. We were not given a drink menu and when we requested water, it was only brought after asking a second time and we were not informed that it was not complimentary. The food was mediocre at best and did not justify the high prices. The service was understaffed and felt rushed.

Staff was open and upfront that at the time they were understaffed on the front of the house. (Was nervous about this based on prior reviews). Do recommend placing a reservation for this reason specifically, saw multiple walk-up parties leave because they didn’t have a reservation. Food was fantastic, would certainly dine here again.
The food and drinks at this restaurant were excellent! The ambiance was beautiful. However, we had to search for a server after waiting for 15 minutes. Despite the website stating they close at 12am, they were already closing up by 11pm, which made us feel rushed to leave as quickly as possible.
We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end our server Tonja was fabulous. They also gave us a complementary shot and small plate. Wonderful private room with breeze. Food was 5 star. Service was 5 star. We will be back. Close to the port and great shopping around it.
I had a great experience, from reservation to follow up and special seating requirements. Food was very good and customer service was excellent. Totally recomend it.

The service from the server was excellent, but the food was only okay. I wouldn't choose to dine here again.
