A group of friends we decided to visit this place for a long lazy sunday lunch as it came highly recommended from locals.The place feels very warm and picturesque, one is greeted by very attentive staff and feel very welcome. there is a wine cabinet near the entrance and gets you in the mood on what is going to follow. There is also an amazing oven where all the meat and bread is baked. The food is very nice, we ordered some spicy peppers, salads, jamon, chorizo, spicy black sausage with rice and for main we opted for the lamb. Ok for those that dont know the lamb from asador de aranda has been always prepared in a very special way which is very young lambs steamed to perfection. They breed their own meat and this place is usually exquisite as are the sausages etc. My Daughter especially like the kidneys but I think they are yukky (in general). Lamb is excellent as is the house wine. I highly recommend the place BUT the lamb sometimes isn't as always freshly prepared as it should be. It is still very good but a bit drier.
Restaurant muy acogedor, la atención y servicio es muy buena(hay que reservar).Y entre sus platos recomiendo el lechazo de cordero, los chorizos y la morcilla de Burgos. Sirven unas rosquillas con vino muy ricas. El aparcamiento es un poco complicado porque la gran mayoría de las veces en hora punta esta lleno, así que aconsejo ir con tiempo. ¡Me ha encantado!
El cordero (lechazo) y el cochinillo muy bien hecho, exquisito, muy rico, por lo que le doy 5 estrellas y lo recomiendo. No hace falta salir de Madrid para comer un buen cordero o un buen cochinillo. There are a few Asadores de Aranda in Madrid, this one is based on the outskirts. Covers a huge area, with inside restaurant, huge terrace, 2 smaller restaurants and gardens, all within the same complex. Good traditional service. The roasts are amazing, I had the crackling pork roast with roast potatoes and a salad, simply delicious......
Asador tradicional con recetas castellanas. El lechazo estaba muy bueno de sabor, la morcilla demasiado seca pero muy buena, el arroz con leche riquísimo, las chuletillas muy sabrosas. El personal atento y amable. Mejor llegar pronto para evitar la sala o el jardín lleno de gente.
