I visited this restaurant for a meal, and I found the food to be quite basic and unremarkable. It wasn't as fresh as I had hoped, and it felt more like it was reheated than freshly prepared. The staff's service was acceptable, but the owner—a white Hispanic male around 50-60 years old—who usually oversees the parking lot, was quite disrespectful to me. He showed no regard for customer service and yelled at me for simply asking a question. If you're looking for a good meal and a pleasant dining experience, I recommend going somewhere else. While we were waiting, the server took an order from a group of four seated next to us. After about 35 minutes of waiting for two small items, we noticed that the table next to us received all four of their dishes. The server apologized for the delay but explained that her priority was to serve those dining in first, even though I had arrived and ordered before them. This made me feel like a lesser customer compared to those eating in.
I work in a restaurant myself, and seeing it mostly empty, I was initially inclined to leave a generous tip for my takeout order. However, after the way the server treated me, I chose not to leave anything. I hope the group she served leaves her a better tip.
I had wait an hour to receive my food, I didn't mind but it was ridiculous. I came there 5 minutes before it should been ready but I had to wait an hour which sucked. But the food tasted great, loved the cream cheese they had for my tacos and the salad was delicious too. I also got a banana milkshake which tasted fresh of bananas and it was yummy. The workers were kind too, no issues but they need to be better/faster at bringing out orders for people especially when they called ahead of time. Besides that, I recommend coming here and trying out their food even the milkshakes.
In addition to the high quality of the food and service, the prices were very reasonable, allowing us to enjoy our meal without breaking the bank. I highly recommend El Atlactl in Little Havana. Not only will you get to savor fantastic food at affordable prices, but you'll also be welcomed into a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home.

I absolutely loved the Filete de Pescado a lo Indio and the Maduros! Delicious! The service was excellent as well. I will definitely be returning.
